Payment is required prior to your scheduled service to secure your booking. We will provide an invoice with clear payment details, and confirmation is required before the clean takes place. This ensures a smooth, efficient experience for both our team and our clients.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your service. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. We appreciate your understanding, as late changes directly impact our small business schedule.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with any aspect of your clean, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will return to address the area at no additional cost. We’re committed to delivering consistent, high-quality results you can trust!
